How it all Works:
A
Our team of Teaching Artists lead weekly workshops where survivors use their creativity for: • Music• Song
Creation• Poetry• Dance• Theater• Visual Arts
Results:Caseworkers and Social Workers say that our workshops have helped survivors feel relief and freedom.
Survivors say that they feel more alive and enjoy their activities at workshops, and that they want more of them!
Resources:During 2015, we raised a total of $10,000 dollars.
• 41% from private donations.
• 25% grants.• 23% online
fundraiser.• 11%fundraiser
event.
These monies helped cover part of the operating costs of the organization.
We are now a 501c3!
As of Summer of 2015 we obtained NYS Nonprofit status.
This means all your donations are now tax deductible!
Our 2015 Impact:Crossing Point Arts has reached over 750 survivors through 100 workshops at four different anti-trafficking agencies located in Harlem, Lower East Side, Elmhurst, and Newark.

Our 2016 Challenges:
Crossing Point Arts is committed to:
• Reach at least 1,000 additional survivors.
• Expand the number of locations we work at from 4 to at least 8.
What will we need? Increase our available resources to:• Expand our
Teaching Artists roster.
• Expand our therapeutic and creative genres.
• Develop more on-going series of workshops.
• Pay administrative costs (currently being absorbed voluntarily).

As Crossing PointArts reaches the end of its third year, the success of our workshops has been immense!
Survivors from USA, Africa, Asia, South Pacific, Caribbean, and Latin America, have found new opportunities for self-expression, healing, and creative growth.
