Reading scores are lower than that of other middle schools in the district in all 3 grades. 7th and 8th grade Math is consistently lower than that of other middle schools in the district. 8th grade Writing Scores was either lower or the same as other middles schools in the district 5. Plan We are a team. Teachers, Administrators, Parents and students must all work together to increase test scores. Teachers- Use data to create small groups and guide instruction Administrators- help teachers by supplementing staff to assist with interventions Parents- Be involved, have students at school Students- work hard and do their best 6. School Wide Plan Look at Level 1 and 2 students- what skills do the interventionists need to focus on Target interventions for all students to ensure they are moving forward Provide parents with resources to help students at home Have quarterly meeting with parents to discuss data and plan 7.
