Swap Meet Pricing:• Sellers - $10.00• Buyers - $5.00

(Swap Meet is separate from The Nostalgia’s event entry. Hence, additional ticket purchase required to enter The Nostalgia’s)

Swap Operation:An automotive motorcycle and performance Swap Meet will be run by Cranksters Hot Rod and Kustom Club.

The Swap Meet will be located in the overflow Paddock Area with entry to be via Gate 3 which is located on the Perth Motorplex entry road. All buyer cars will also be parked in through Gate 3. Perth Motorplex will supply traffic management bollards and barriers but all Swap Meet operations will be handled by Cranksters members.

DRAG RACING Schedule:

Drag Racing Competitor Entry:Online Entry forms will be online at http://competitors.motorplex.com.au/

• Entrant/Vehicle – $70 (online pre entry/early bird registration)• Crew/Supporter (Adult) – $21 (online only)• Crew/Supporter (Student) - $15• Crew/Supporter (Child 5-15) – $8 • Online entries are $20 cheaper than on-the-day entries and you also get the option to print

additional tickets at home. (Swap Meet is separate from The Nostalgia’s event entry. Hence, additional ticket purchase required to enter the Swap Meet)

ONLINE ENTRIES CLOSE MIDNIGHT WEDNESDAY 5 APRIL 2017

While competitor entry is available on the day, it is recommended that Nostalgia Drag competitors enter online as this will help with entry to the venue and event planning.

• On the Day entry – $90• Crew/Supporter (Adult) – $25 • Crew/Supporter (Student) - $15• Crew/Supporter (Child 5-15) – $8

Drag Racing Classes:

Drag Racing entry will be accepted for relevant Drag Racing and Street vehicles that are of the “steel bumper” era. The event will be IHRA sanctioned and all vehicles must comply with the relevant regulations.

• Top Eliminator (TE) Mechanically Supercharged Front-Engined Dragsters, Altereds, Funny Cars and Sedans.Chicago Shootout DYO Format.

• Middle Eliminator (ME) Multi-class eliminator for non-Supercharged Front Engine Dragsters and Altereds either 6 cylinder or V8. DYO Elimination Format.

• Top Gas (TG) Open to naturally aspirated American or Australian Race Sedans only. DYO Elimination Format.

• Hot Rod (HR) Pre 1949 Streetable Hot Rods (unlicensed ok). DYO Elimination Format.

• American MUSCLE (US) American Origin Muscle vehicles with Chrome Bumpers. DYO Elimination Format

• OZ MUSCLE (AU) Australian Origin Muscle vehicles with Chrome Bumpers. DYO Elimination Format

• Street Machine (ST) Steel Bumper, Non Muscle Cars that don't fit US or AU. Modified Cortina’s, Torana’s and Chrysler to CM. DYO Elimination Format.

• Classic Bike (CB) Classic Motorcycles representative of the period up to 1970 (no race bikes) DYO Elimination Format.Other vehicles reminiscent of the era may be acceptable but subject to individual approval. SHOW N SHINE Schedule:

• Competitor Gates Open - 7:00 am• Show n Shine Display 10am - 1:00pm• All Show n Shine entrants are encouraged to participate in the Cruise @ approx. 1:00pm

Street Machines, Street Rods, Classic and Special Interest cars may park enter through the Competitor Gate and park up in the Pit/Paddock area for a Show and Shine. Drivers of these vehicles will pay a discounted spectator cost of $20.00 to enter the venue with all passengers to pay the normal fee.The following Show and Shine trophies will be awarded on the afternoon of the event:

• Hot Rod Open• Hot Rod Closed• Street Machine• Custom• Classic Bike

Judging for these awards will be by an agreed “small” Committee of Perth Motorplex and Cranksters members.

SPEEDWAY DEMONSTRATION • 12:30pm - 1:00pm

SPEEDWAY DEMONSTRATION:

Invited Hot Rod, Street Machine and Vintage Racecars will do Speedway demonstration laps on the Perth Motorplex Speedway Track. The demonstrations will commence from 12:30 pm and will utilise the inner (or Motorcycle) track.Approved participants will pay the same entry fee as the Drag Racing competitors and this fee will include a Speedway Australia “day” racing license.

Required Safety Wear: Approved Helmet, Long sleeve shirt, Long pantsNote: Once a car has gone on the speedway, it cannot go on drag strip afterwards.
