Who is In Charge?

• Have a Plan – Even if it is simple!

• Figure out the Leader or Parent that is leading the “Charge”

• When sending invitations consider Scouts that left the Pack. They might be ready to come back.

• Have a plan for onboarding new Scouts and helping the reregistering Scouts get back up to speed. They will want to feel like they belong especially if they left because of the past lockdown.

• Consider Peer to Peer Rewards for Recruitment
