Culworth StationBuilt of brick and rendered, Culworth Station was built in 1898. Lived in the by the current vendors for the last 30 years, it has been extended into a delightful family house.

The original front of the house faces the old railway line, but is now used ‘back to front’. The main entrance is now into the boot room which in turn leads to the kitchen/breakfast room with fitted wall and base units. Accessed from the kitchen is the utility room with separate cloakroom.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the double aspect dining room with doors that lead through into the informal sitting room with bay window.

A central hallway provides access to the formal double aspect drawing room with open fireplace and views over the garden. The hallway also opens into the garden room. A particular feature of the house, the garden room sits across the rear of the property and its south facing aspect provides a wealth of natural light and an additional reception room that can be used throughout the year.
