Thesis Short Description: Plasma electrolytic oxidation is a new
and advanced technique to fabricate ceramic nanocomposite
coatings on valve metals. Here an effort was taken to fabricate
ceramic nanocomposite coatings on aluminium for enhanced
corrosion resistance for automobile/aerospace applications. The
coatings were characterized by various surface examinations tools
such as scanning electron microscope, atomic force microscope
4
and X-ray diffraction method. The corrosion performance of the
coatings was evaluated by Tafel Polarization and Electrochemical
Impedance Spectroscopy).

Thesis Short Description: Organic and Inorganic compounds
were commonly used to inhibit the corrosion of mild steel in
industry. But, in this project, an attempt was made to investigate
the corrosion performance of the mild steel using natural
inhibitors. For this, the extracts of two plants were taken and the
electrochemical performance was evaluated

(Thesis Short Description: In the fast moving world, the
evaluation of the fertility of the agricultural soil (acidic soil) is the
foremost important thing. Particularly, agriculture in hills area is
destroying due to urbanization. So, an attempt was taken for
evaluation and determination of various parameters of fertility of
acidic soils which are collected from three hills (Yercaud,
Kalrayan and Kolli hills) by chemical method).
