The research resulted in the development of a model that addresses the different critical success factors of an effective policy regarding undesirable behaviour. Additional Experience

January 2010 – present Professional skills assessor Healthcare and Wellbeing for so called AAC certificate procedures in cooperation with Vigor Transitions (AAC: Acknowledgement Acquired Competences). People who are working in healthcare for years go through an assessment to have their competences recognised and acknowledged in the form of a certificate. During an interview I get an insight in the levels of the participant's competences. I verify these levels with the qualification dossier of the corresponding education and draw my conclusions in a so called PROUDdocument. The participant gets an insight into his/her qualifications and points of development. September 2011 – present Mentor to students of the Post Bachelor Education for Coach at BGL & Partners. I coach students to put theory into practice during their practice sessions. September 2008 – May 2009 Co Trainer of the Post Bachelor Education for Coach at BGL & Partners.
