The PARD unit of the Center applied for and received funding for support of the 2nd Annual National Conference for Agricultural Health and Safety Centers. Responsible for planning, all mailings, proceedings and a two-stage evaluation of the conference. The conference was held in Fort Collins, CO on March 27-28,1995.

The Program Assessment Resource Development (PARD) unit undertook a second state-wide survey (this one by telephone), that targeted Farmers and Ranchers. The objective was to identify the greatest concerns of this population, and their preferred methods of delivery of occupational health and safety information, 1994

Subcontracted for a large state and nationwide telephone survey requested by the Colorado State Legislature (Senate Bill 79).

1995 Developed and implemented a Macro Practice Evaluation Course.

While students are in concentration field, they work in groups to develop an evaluation research proposal first semester, and a research report of the results second semester. These evaluations are carried out in their field agencies, the purpose of which is to raise awareness of the need for research skills in practice.

1994 – 2012 Developed the Human Service Assessment Project (HSAP) Center which provides a broad

range of evaluation services to social service agencies. Allows the integration of various department faculty with agency research needs and provides for student employment.
