Working as part of the Management team to ensure that the onsite Quality and Food Safety Systems for good manufacturing and operational practices are in place and maintained. Participate in Quality Management Reviews (quarterly) and Management meetings (monthly) to ensure that KPIs are being met and if not, putting the correct action in place to rectify this. Meeting deadlines and making sure the correct amount of product is produced for deliveries while documenting invoices and product produced.
