Inner profile. Free-standing covering element, any of the following products could be used- INCO 44.4, INCO 44.6, INCO 70.4-.

Insulation. Lay out in a continuous length over the roof, usually consisting of rock wool felt.

Spacer System. Metal framing consist of omega shaped profile, to form a double skin roof.

Outter profile*. Upper corrugated sheet which may or may not be free-standing. *In case of using skylights, please contact our Technical-Commercial department.

Support beams and tension bar*. Structural elements that receive the reactions generated by the roofing. *Horizontal tension bars for spans larger than 7 m.

In collaboration with the Valencia Polytechnic University Department of Continuum Mechanics and Structural Theory of the School of Industrial Engineering, Ingeniería y Construcción del Perfil S.A., has calculated the effective characteristics of the INCO 44.4, INCO 44.6, INCO 70.4 Curved profiles.

Numerous tests have been carried out on several spans and thincknesses, based on the EUROCODE-3, to validate theoretical results.

Ingeniería y Construccción del Perfil S.A. has developed the Self-Supporting Curved

Roofing system, where the curved profile is able to support the loads and transmit them to the supports without intermediate structure.

Self-Supporting Curved System allows covering a wide span (up to 13 meters) with only a single piece.

This system is broad in scope: sports facilities, agricultural buildings, industrial premises, warehouses, parking and logistics Centre.

- Place the inner self-supporting profile with the spacer trim RCUR-01.01 simultaneously.

- Install the spacer system (omega shaped profiles) over the inner self-supporting profile.

- Place the insulation, usually consisting of rock wool felt, to form a double skin roof.

- Fixation of the outter profile on the spacer system.
