1 Training Solution
1.1 Overview
As the development of ICT, Services became more convergence. Technically, VAS Cloud is a unified
PaaS platform which can be constructed to provide automatic and intelligent O&M capabilities, efficient
service integration framework, and reusable service capabilities for service ecosystem construction.
Based on VAS Cloud platform, it can provide unified service dispatch for all type of messages service
(SMS/MMS/VMS/IM services and etc.) and Unified message store one box based on the OMA CPM 2.0
for legacy message systems, RCS, and etc.
For the operators, How to achieve skill convergence and talent transformation on the base of new
service & new network & new technology is a challenge, based on multiple learning methods and phase
based learning design, Huawei Learning service will provide an efficient and effective solution.
