Phew!TOO

HOT!!!

4 hours later

When we all sat in our buses we departed from ISM, and 4 hours later we arrived to Camayan Resort. We all went into our rooms, put our suitcases and went down and to eat lunch and after we started the “Day 1 activities. First one in my home base was WIN which means Wild in Need, then El Kabayo and then the River Investigation which was kind of a hard work. But still I liked it.

WIN (Wild Life in Need)When all the people came to WIN they split

into three groups. The groups were doing:1. Enrichment 2. Mural Painting3. Animals Show and Tell

El KabayoAfter the WIN my home base went the next activity called El

Kabayo. When we came there we split into groups. In my group we played “Find the Horseshoe” Girls vs. Boys. Girls found more horseshoes then boys, they found 134 horseshoes! Then the groups switched and I had to ride a horse. When we started the horse riding everything went well, we went through the bamboo forest, until there was another horse in front of mine and it was so aggressive and hungry! So it started going to the right and eating grass. And looked kind of weird…

River InvestigationAfter El Kabayo Ms. Navar’s, Mr. Patterson’s etc. home

bases went to the River Investigation. Ms. Predue divided as into groups and we had investigate the river. The aim was: Is the water healthy or dirty? We also had to find some creatures in the river. Every groups had their own square to investigate.

Day 2

On Day 2 we started with breakfast and then every home base went to there activity’s location. My first activity was Dolphin Stranding in Ocean Adventure. First we went to swim with real dolphins and then we went to other beach and there was two guys that named Mackie and Sam. Mackie was pretending that he a the dolphin that been stranded on the beach. And we had to help him get back into the ocean.

Dolphin StrandingWhen we all started on our activities Ms. Navar’s home base started

with Dolphin Standing in Ocean Adventure. There was two dolphins that were named, the first one is Zac and the second one is Seattle. There was two guys and they were telling everything about dolphins. After the first activity Ms. Navar’s home base went to the other beach also in Ocean Adventure and had to learn about the dolphin and if its stranding on the beach.

Sea Grass TransectingWhen home bases rotated. In Sea Grass Transecting you have

to go in the ocean with a group and find a quadrate with a sea grass in it. Then you and your group have to take notes about the sea grass in your quadrate. After that you have to take a sample of the sea grass and put it into the plastic bag.

Fish DissectingThe last activity was Fish Dissecting. We had to be in groups

of four and then the people that were helping us gave us a fish and we had to cut it and look at it inside. We had to use the toothpicks and needles that had numbers and letters on them and use them as labeling the inside and outside stuff.

Free Beach Time!!! After the activities everyone had free time at the beach!

Every body were playing in the sand or swimming in the ocean.

Beach Dinner Party!!!After all the activities and the free time at the beach we had

dinner at the beach! Then Ms. Gander gave us a trivia game of 3 rounds. After that is was time for the Talent Show!!! Everybody were great, and even Ms. Keith singed too!!! And she was GREAT!!!

Day 3 – Bye Subic!It was the last day of Subic CWW. Everybody had breakfast and then

we had free time at the beach again. Some people who didn’t go to the Ocean Adventure Shop to buy some souvenirs went there today. When it was time for lunch everybody cleaned their rooms, backed their bugs and put them into buses. Then everybody went to eat their lunch. After the lunch everybody went into their buses and left Subic.
