BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Masbate in session assembled that:

SECTION 1. Section 9 sub-sections E and F of Ordinance No. 065-04, is hereby amended and shallread, as follows:

E. ICE PLANT. Every ice block is sold, to wit:
