Below is a list of minimum requirements for your final presentation and book. Please read carefully and make sure you understand what is expected for this deliverable. Format Submit the deliverables listed below in the following formats: Presentation-size posters (24” x 36” size per poster) to include: Scaled 1/8” = 1’-0” print-outs of FF&E plans (floors 1 & 2) Scaled 1/8” = 1’-0” print-outs of RCP plans (floors 1 & 2) Scaled ¼” = 1’-0” print-outs of the Elevation & Sections Full Rendered Perspectives Digital Presentation (to be shown in class) Digital Presentation (Not the Project Book) should review all relevant work done in the course that brought you to your final design solution. You will have no more than 10 minutes to present so only include the information that is necessary for you to successfully explain your project. For the Final-Project Critique, you will have the opportunity to revise the components of your project to date into a comprehensive presentation. CRITICS’ COMMENTS Each student must select a “recorder” who will document (in writing) the critics’ comments throughout their presentation. Each student should act as a “recorder” for another student. Recorded notes are to be submitted with each project. Include the name of the “recorder” as well as the name of the student who presented.

SKETCHBOOK/SKETCHES

Include all your sketches, class notes, and most importantly, all process work. Neatly organized and labeled. Securely fastened with a binder clip or similar.

F i n a l - P r o j e c t C r i t i c E t i q u e t t e

Be prepared: Arrive early for the critique ready to pin-up. Bring an adequate number of tacks/pins. Bring a paper and pencil/pen to record the critics’ comments for a classmate.

Be polite: Remain in the room for the duration of the critiques (bathroom breaks will be scheduled). Listen quietly as other students present and the critics provide feedback. Learn from what is said/discussed.

Be presentable: Dress professionally. Relax and smile .
