State  Senator  Leland  Yee  along  with  Catholic  Charities  will  provide  assistance  to  individuals  seeking  information  about  the  

Deferred  Action  Program.      

• Free  Resources  DACA  eligibility  screenings,  expert  advice  &  legal  consultations.  

• Short  Dreamer  Film  

• State  Legislative  information  DACA  Application  Requirements:    

ü Proof  of  identity  /  Date  of  Birth  /  Quality  Age/  Legal  Entry  (if  applicable)    

ü Proof  that  you  have  continuously  lived  in  the  U.S.  for  5  years  (6/15-­‐2007-­‐  present)  

ü Proof  that  you  were  physically  present  in  the  U.S.  on  6/15/2012  

ü Proof  that  you  were  in  school,  have  a  High  School  Diploma,  GED,  or  Honorable  Discharge  

ü Proof  that  you  entered  the  U.S.  before  the  age  of  16
