Author’s Introduction

I put this affirmation book together to give people positive and loving

thoughts that feed the soul. The purpose of this book is to help others

journey into their soul and feed it with nutrient-rich affirmations. These

thoughts will invite you to enter into the realization that you are truly worthy

of having abundance in every single facet of your life.

Use this book as a simple but powerful tool. I suggest choosing one

affirmation a day and affirming it in the present tense as often as possible

throughout the day. Say the affirmations with conviction. When you have

affirmed all of them, go back and re-affirm the ones you feel you have not

completely accepted as your reality.

What we cognize, we become. I love you.
