Czech Republic got off with just a scare Czech Republic's 4-4 tie against secured them the first place in Group D of the first phase of the WFC. The afternoon game evolved into a thriller as Norway was able to come back after being three goals down but failed to score the winning goal. Ketil Kronberg had the best chance for a Norwegian winning goal as he lifted the ball just over the net after a good pass by goalie Tomas Näshölm. Not even pulling the goalie at 59.18 helped as Czech Republic was able to get their act together at the last moment. DAY 3: 6.12. 2010 GAMES ON 7.12.
