6. Conduct Joint Preliminary Damage Assessments in counties not designated under FEMA-DR-MS as requirement presents.
10. Administer the Public Assistance program in compliance with all applicable authorities, including laws, Environmental and
Historic Preservation (EHP) regulations and FEMA policies.
