a Lafayette County Hazardous Materials 03012017 1528 Reporting Party Walter Wilkinson of ERTS company Type of Incident HAZMAT Location 102 Commodore Drive of Oxford Mississippi Lafayette County Time of Occurrence 1400 Time reported to MEMA Communications 1514 Incident Information Caller reported liquid nitrogen spill of over 2000 gallons in the Oxford Mississippi located in the Lafayette County area The incident took place after a truck of LL Liquid Haulers had a tanker to overturn The police are involved but are unable to help due to the chemicals involved The driver is injured but emergency providers are unable to reach driver due to spill The area has been evacuated and the spills spread across a 10 mile radius in all directions Some of the symptoms victims are suffering are nausea and sickness and local hospital is unable to care for all victims Actions takenwill be taken I notified MEMA Area Coordinator EMA DEQ and the Operations Duty Officer STATUS OPEN

a Lafayette County Hazardous Materials 03012017 1528 Reporting Party Walter Wilkinson of ERTS company Type of Incident HAZMAT Location 102 Commodore Drive of Oxford Mississippi Lafayette County Time of Occurrence 1400 Time reported to MEMA Communications 1514 Incident Information Caller reported liquid nitrogen spill of over 2000 gallons in the Oxford Mississippi located in the Lafayette County area The incident took place after a truck of LL Liquid Haulers had a tanker to overturn The police are involved but are unable to help due to the chemicals involved The driver is injured but emergency providers are unable to reach driver due to spill The area has been evacuated and the spills spread across a 10 mile radius in all directions Some of the symptoms victims are suffering are nausea and sickness and local hospital is unable to care for all victims Actions takenwill be taken I notified MEMA Area Coordinator EMA DEQ and the Operations Duty Officer STATUS OPEN
