In charge of Midland Basin gas & oil wells located in San Angelo and Silver City, Texas.

Spearheaded LOE reduction program by revamping “Plunger” lift conversion and compressor downsizing criteria thus increasing company savings average of $60 K/month.

Responsible for TRRC compliance with P&A wells and GOR tests for maximum allowable production rates

Received recognition by supervisor as key impact participant in meeting “Gold Curve” team target production for 2015 by successfully selecting underperforming wells in lateral cleanout program.

Production Engineer I (2015) Analyzed re-fracking effects on offset wells, created database using PETRA map program that analyzed 30-day pre and post re-frack production on offsets for economic justification impact.
