Fabdec KOOL-PAK ice builders are used in conjunction with plate coolers to provide ice water for additional pre-cooling of the milk, helping to improve milk quality. They are economical to run as they largely use overnight electricity on a cheap night rate to build the ice bank and can cut cooling costs by up to 30%.
• Stainless steel inner vessel and outer cladding • Copper coil evaporator system used for ice building • Ice water provided by circulating pump: 1ph 230V 50Hz, 1350W, 6.1A • Factory injected, 50mm, CFC-free, polyurethane insulation • Space-saving pipe connections from vessel top • Removable top covers for access • Adjustable stainless steel feet • Drain facility • Electronic ice-bank control including timer • Air blower (rotary vane compressor) for rapid ice erosion • Ice water circulating pump supplied with connections for fitting a second pump if required
• Tank capacity from 20kW to 300kW
