Dashboard Navigation
and Features Overview
The SunFrog dashboard gives you the tools and resources to empower you to sell physical
products online.
In this training, you will learn:
– Where to upload new designs
– Where to manage all your designs
– How the share options work
– What are widgets
– How advanced features work
– What are current payouts
– Where to see payment history
– What are seller reports
– Benefits of email export
– And much more
This is what your SunFrog dashboard looks like.

DESIGN TAB:
– Designer
– Manage Designs
Designer tab allows you to create new designs.
Manage Designs tab allows you to manage all your designs.
Here you can edit any of your designs. You can change title, description, pricing, tags, and more.
Click “Edit Design” to edit details of your product.

SHARE TAB:
– Collection
– Widgets
– Advanced Features
Share tab is focused on grouping designs together and tools to share on websites and blogs.
Collection:
Under the share tab, click “Collection” to build a collection of designs to market together. Watch
the Collection video in a future training to learn more about collections.

Widgets:
Widgets allow you to plug code into your website or blog.

Advanced Features:
Advanced features is really simple. It allows you to add things to the URLs to change how the
page looks.
For example, using the “Branding & Nav Control” option, you can Show/Hide the SunFrog
branding, search bar, and navigation menu on your SunFrog page. This way, you can test what
converts best for you.

Payment Details:
We covered the “Payment Details” tab in a previous video, where we discussed how to set up
your payment methods. Again, this is the most important thing in your account setup phase, so
make sure to do this first.
Current Payouts:
Here you can see all of your sales that have been made but not requested for payout. This is also
the page that you request your payouts from.

SunFrog has a minimum $50 limit, so once you reach that, you can request a payout and we will
send it to you after a 24-hour process. When you reach $50, you can click the “Request Payout”
button, and it will ask you which payment source you want us to use to pay you.
On this page, you can see the date and how many units were sold.
Payment History:
Any time you request a payment, it goes to the payment history page. This page shows you the
payment date, amount, and the payment method.

TRAFFIC TAB:
– Seller Reports
– Conversion Tracking
– Analytics
– Email Export
Traffic tab shows how your traffic is performing.
Seller Report:
Seller Report is a breakdown of your views, sales, conversions, and profit.

You can also filter by dates.
Here you can see a daily breakdown chart.
If you click on a particular date, you can see the breakdown of that particular date as well.

Conversion Tracking (Conversion Pixel Manager):
Here you can add following pixels for tracking purposes.
– Facebook pixel
– Google analytics ID
– Twitter ID
– Pinterest ID

Analytics:
This will be very helpful if you’re running multiple ads or if you’re running traffic from multiple
sources. Let’s say you’re running a Facebook ad and you’re running an email campaign, and you
want to be able to tell which one of these sources the traffic or the sales is coming from—that’s
the idea behind this tool.
This page will show your referral sources, like Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
We’ll go through these tabs in detail in future videos.

Email Export:
This is a really amazing feature that sets SunFrog apart from a lot of other platforms. Here we
give you your customer contact information on your sales. You can download the CSV and
import it into your mail CRM or create custom audiences in Facebook.

On top right corner of the screen, you can click on “Dashboard” anytime you want to access the
dashboard.
In the message portal, you can send us messages for real-time help.
Profile button allows you to set up a basic profile for the artists to link to their design collection.
That wraps up the basic overview of dashboard and the navigation menu.
