PEELABLE MASKING COMPOUND (PMASK 5 001)



Peelable Masking Compound (PMASK 5 001) - A polymer based, semi viscous compound to mask the surface

to prevent the plating. Once the plating is over, the coating can be peeled off by hand. The masked area will be free from the plating. The coating will withstand a temp. up to 280° C. This is suitable to most of the Metal & Non-metal surface.

APPLICATION :

Clean the surface thoroughly by a solvent to remove Dust / Oil...

Apply the Compound by Dipping / Brushing /

Spraying as required.

Apply the second coat if thickness required.

Cure the coating for 30 min. in room temp. or 15 min. in a Oven @ 50 Deg. C

Add Xylene (Flammable Solvent) to dilute the

compound for better spread.
