days prior to departure or you risk losing your seat on the bus and having your name taken off the rooming list for overnight trips. We cannot keep you on the rooming list, if you have not paid in full, since we need full payment before we pay for your tour and we cannot count anyone who hasn’t paid in full. There are no seat assignments on day trips. On our extended tours you will be seated in the order your payment has come into us. Seating will be on a first come, first serve basis determined when payment is received. ONLY VALID HANDICAP PASSENGERS MAY REQUEST FRONT SEATS. If requested on a day trip, we will try to arrange that. We will try to accommodate everyone as best as possible. Unfortunately there are only so many front seats available for reserved seating. If you want to be closer to the front, you must get your payment in as soon as possible. A group of people wanting to be seated next to one another should send their payments in together as separate checks per trip.

GRATUITIES:Gratuities for Drivers and Escorts are not included on any of the tours. In appreciation of a job well done, it is suggested that a gratuity be extended to your drivers, escorts and local guides on an individual basis, according to the number of days of service each provided.
