Organisation, where we currently work
• Identify where Merlin has Active Country Programmes
• Identify the nature of Merlin’s work in each Country programme
• Identify Merlin’s Key Health programming areas
• Identify the nature of Merlin’s partners in each area where they work.
• Discuss How Merlin works within the WHO Health System Strengthening Framework

• Place the counters on the map to indicate the countries where Merlin has active programmes
Where Merlin works
• Read the country overviews for each of the different Merlin programmes
• On the matrix provided indicate for each country the different health areas in which Merlin works
• Identify if the programme relates to a country in Crisis, Transition or both
• Identify partner organisations
• Indicate on the Matrix if we are carrying out S, I, P , A?
• e.g. Service delivery, Institutional Capacity Building, Policy, Advocacy
