We are going to continue our topic on Judaism - The Festival of Pesach and the Seder Meal.

Next, READ No Chametz.

Have a look around you home in search of “Chametz!”What did you find?How would you feel if you weren’t allowed to eat bread, cake, cookies, cereals and pasta for 8 days?It is customary to hide ten pieces of bread (carefully wrapped) throughout the house for children to find before Passover!SUGGESTIONMaybe you could play this game with a member of your family (with Adult permission).

Then, READ Matzah.What is Matzah?Have you ever eaten Matzah?

Lastly, READ The Seders, then answer these questions: -1.How many Seders do they have?

2.How many steps does a Seder meal have?

During the Seder Meal a traditional Song “Dayenu” is sung. It recounts the Jews Exodus from Egypt.The word “Dayenu” roughly translates from Hebrew as, “It would have been enough.”The song is about being grateful to God for all the gifts he gave the Jewish people such as: -Taking them out of slaveryGiving them the TorahGiving them Shabbat.
