Dear Fellow Intactivists.

If you examine once more the act of the obvious CHILD ABUSE of MGM, which we all

strive to END, you will FIND NO EVIDENCE of it being in any way a legal Child Abuse!e.g.: what millions of muslims do to the child [also] in the USA:

 NOTHING in and about this obvious CHILD ABUSE suggests it could be a legal act.

Yet, you act as if this obvious CHILD ABUSE were secured by the existing law.

You call for this already outlawed CHILD ABUSE to be outlawed.

By doing so, you act the same pathetic as the Pro-Circ-Establishment, which also insists that

what is done to the child, that this obvious Child Abuse were a State guaranteed right to do.

You – by acting as if MGM were legal – put the Pro-Circ-Insanity in a legal position, a

 position which by evidence of the existing law, does not exist.

Your call to outlaw MGM is in contradiction to the existing Law. MGM is already outlawed!

I am writing to you since many years, giving you insight of the existing law which has MGM

outlawed the same as FGM and this even long before the FGM-Bill was passed in 1996.

But you insist to put this obvious already outlawed CHILD ABUSE and with it the Pro-Circ-

Establishment in the position of a legality which in no way exists.

I am not getting tired of helping also you my dear Fellow Intactivists to SEE and overcome

the FALLACY which keeps you from acknowledgement of the existing LAW-REALITY.

I do know that you all mean well and want nothing less than MGM to END.

And I also understand you having great difficulty to admit having fallen to the FALLACY,

the HEARSAY, the MYTH that this obvious CHILD ABUSE were secured by law.

But it is not a shame to having made a mistake, especially when 99% of the co-humans makethe same mistake. But it is shameful and a clear sign of a disturbed character, to refuse to

admit a mistake done, especially in clear sight of the evidence which points to the mistake.

Here I enable you again to reconsider your present contradiction of existing law.

May you be so open minded to at least be ready for SELF-REFLECTION and as a result of it

come to the conclusion to CORRECT your present frame of mind about MGM, and STOP

acting as if MGM were in any way secured by the existing law.

STATEMENT to the ACTUAL STATUS of ILLEGALITY of MGM

The practice of MGM violates numerous law and international treaties, including theUniversal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the UN

Convention against Torture and in this also the US- Constitution and Federal-Law.

Such mutilation infringes upon the guarantees of rights secured by Federal and State law, both

statutory and constitutional!

CONCLUSION: MGM is already outlawed by the existing laws the same as is FGM.

The creation of a law to outlaw MGM is NOT required

CHALLENGE: Anyone who is able to produce intelligible incontestable evidence in

contradiction to the above Statement is challenged to come forward with suchevidence!

Since this act of child mutilation is in fact outlawed and no person is able to contest this fact

of law, the above challenge is hypothetical and only posed for educational reason, so all those

who still act as if MGM were legal, to be able to come to their senses.

The following questionary serves the purpose of self-reflection.

Q: What stops people, what stops also the Intactivist-Movement; what stops “legal-experts”;

what stops the police; states-attorneys, lawyers and the government to understand that

what is done to the child IS ALREADY OUTLAWED by the existing Law?

A: IGNORANCE. Hearsay, Myth. Fallacy and because 99% of the Adult-Population is being

SET UP BLINDED to act as if this most obvious ILLEGALLITY were legal.

Q: Which indication exists in sight of this act, that evidently suggests that this obvious >wilful

infliction of preventable injury to the child< is secured by the existing law?

A: NO! Because the above provided evidence of MGM excludes any sign of legality!

Q: Are you able to produce a State guaranteed right for any person to inflict this injury to the

child?

A: NO! Because the State guaranteed right of the Child includes the child’s right for 

 protection from any Child Abuse, including the above shown Child Abuse of MGM!

Q: Are you able to produce a Constitutional- and/or a Federal-Law-Text which states a right

for the discrimination of the male-child-population from its constitutional right for equal

law-protection?

A: NO! Because the Constitutional-Right for Equal-Protection is undividable!

Q: Are you able to produce intelligible undisputable evidence that the practice of MGM doesnot violate numerous law and international treaties, including the Universal Declaration of 

Human Rights, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the UN Convention against

Torture and the US- Constitution and Penal-Law?

A: NO! Because NONE of these laws suggest legality for >non-therapeutic genital mutilation

of male- or female children<!

Q: Are you able to produce evidence that >non-therapeutic genital mutilation of male-

minors< does not infringe upon the guarantees of rights secured by Federal and State

law, both statutory and constitutional?

A: NO! Because the male- and female children’s right for protection from also >wilful

infliction of the preventable injury of genital mutilation< is a State guaranteed right!

Q: Are you able to produce a constitutional right or a Federal-law which gives to Parents or to

Religion or to Tradition the lawful right to the above stated >wilful infliction of 

 preventable injury to the child<?

A: NO! Because such a constitutional right or Federal-Law does NOT exist!

So which is the KEY to END MGM?

The KEY to END MGM is the ENFORCEMENT of the existing LAW!

And because of the dire fact that even the Authority is acting as pathetic as if MGM were

legal, it is paramount to END MGM by way of DEMANDING from the Authority to

ENFORCE the existing LAW!

This is the correct, the intelligent, the only legal way [also] for the Intactivist-Movement to

END MGM! It is our basic Freedom, Right and DUTY to do so. amen
