Dear Mr. /MS _____________________________

This is in reference to the letter given to the registrar on date ( )regarding my Membership status in the society which you have given

your consent by signing the letter.

I would like to bring to your notice that the letter that was given to the

register against my membership has been rejected by the respectedregistrar and he has endorsed that I (Mr. Vrajesh Hate) is a valid

member of the society and with all rights I can participate in any

activities which I feel in the society. (Letter of the same is attached foryour reference).

I have submitted all the relevant proof to the registrar of the societies

regarding the same and as per the LAW I have complete Right as a

member of the society.

I would like to bring to your notice few points which I fell that It is veryimportant for all of you so that you dont fall into any other conspiracy

in the near future.

a) The persons who have miss guided you all for signing the letter

have give you false facts verbally and I am sure that no one fromthem have came to you to say that the letter that you have

signed has got rejected from the Registrar.b) These persons have already ruled the society illegally before for

the past 2 years and on complaining to the registrar these peoplewere thrown out of the Management committee and the societywas taken over by the registrar. Indeed it was shame on us that

for the first time registrar has taken over our society but stillthese people have not learnt their lessons and now they have

joined with some low category people and again trying to full you

so that they can again rule the society by your help and fulfilltheir dreams which they could not do before.

c) As a member of the society you must have observed that wenever came to you and given you any wrong information nor have

approached you to support us in the upcoming election in thesociety. This is because we feel that we were correct in throwingthem out so that good and non-corrupt people can come in the

new committee.d) I believe that we all are educated enough to understand what is

right and what is wrong and I can only request you to think fromyour own angle before you give your consent for any matter to

any person in the society.

e) Further you should be always aware of giving your signature toany persons because this the second time these peoples went to

the registrar with signatures of people by fooling them and werekicked out by the registrar.

f) By giving our signatures to these people without knowing the

actual facts and rules of the Society your names and the name ofthe society will be blacklisted in the eyes of the government

Officers and in future it will be difficult for us to convince them forany genuine reasons.

I ONCE AGAIN REQUEST YOU AND PLEED YOU NOT TO FALL

PRAY OF THESE STRANGERS AS THEY WILL IN THE LONG RUNWILL NOT ONLY CREATE PROBLEMS IN THE SOCIETY BUT THEY

WILL START CREATING PROBLEMS TO THE INDIVIDUAL PEOPLEALSO.

ATTACHED ID THE COPIES OF

1. Your signed copies of the complaint maid to the registrar against themembership so that you can identify the culprits who have fooled

you and had taken your signature.2. Reference Number of the Reply letter that has been sent to the

applicant by registrar which I am sure that no one has

communicated to you.

LETS BE UNITED AND WORK IN THE DIRECTION OF IMPROVING

THE SOCIETY AND REMOVE THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE CUNNING,

CHEAT AND FRAUD.

PLEASE TAKE A PLEDGE OUESELF THAT WE WILL ACTACCORDING TO OUR OWN CONCIOUS AND WILL NOT FALL PRAY

TO ANY CONSPIRACY IN FUTURE FOR THE BETTERMENT OF OUROWN SOCIETY.

LET US SUPPORT EDUCATED PEOPLE RATHER THAN CUNNING,CHEAT AND FRAUD WHO CAN TAKE OUR SOCIETY FORWORD.
