Three pieces of machin- ery have also been bumed in the past two weeks, ac- cording to police, who said that .the total loss on the machinery could go as high as $170,000.00. The most recent incident , happened Sunday night near Crooked Creek. When Kenny Caudill of London returned to work Monday morning, he found that his 1982 Komatsu dozer had been bumed and com- pletely destroyed. Police said that Caudill was strip- ping coal and that he had some other machinery on the site which was not harmed. Last week, a 1982 450 Case dozer and a 1982 Case Loader, belonging to Em- mitt Foster, were also bumed in the Pine Hill sec- tion of the county where he was clearing land. "COUNCIL MEETING" [Cont. Besides her brother, she is survived by one son, Don-ald Rice of Livingston; one sister, Mrs. Lela Vjflll House of London; 4 grandchildren; 3 . great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Rice.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon, June 11 at Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Carl Moore and Bro. Zade Mc-Clure officiating. Burial was in the Elmwood Cemetery.
