TOTAL CLEANING PROGRAM - THE CONCEPT

The Total Cleaning Program is a packaged service that takes care of all your Housekeeping needs --

IN ANY ATMOSPHERE IN ANY CONDITION

All you have to do is show us the areas - we take care of the rest.

THE PROGRAM WORKS AS FOLLOWS:

Once we have been shown the areas and know your requirements, we study the following:

Different type of floors and surfaces to be cleaned. Area of each type of surface. Cleaning agents their suitability and requirements for different areas. Type of machines to be deployed for different surfaces. Manpower required for these operations And finally -- the cost of cleaning.

After this initial study we prepare a cleaning schedule and discuss the same with you before finalizing it. Schedules differ from place to place, depending on individual needs of properties/ areas.

All our cleaners are fully trained in cleaning procedures, Occupational Health, Safety and Security. Further training is carried out by our accredited (Certificate IV) supervisory staff

Cleaning agents from -- Colgate – Palmolive (France), an international organization founded in 1806, Diversey lever & butcher (USA) has been the providers of superior products to the food service, lodging and maintenance industries for over many years.

Their products have been specially tested and manufactured under stringent conditions -- and have the environment protection approval of USA. The cleaning agents have been specially formulated to handle the toughest of the situations and yet provide highest efficiency and economy of use.

Machines -- We bring in machines from internationally recognized names to suit different needs. Some of the companies are: Colgate - Palmolive (France),

, Diversey lever, Taski (Swezarland) Unger (Italy) Ghibli (Italy) etc.

These firms have developed machines to handle a wide range of cleaning needs and are designed to handle different surfaces (floors, windows, walls, ceilings) with maximum efficiency and economy. Some of the machines are - Vacuum cleaners, Floor scrubbers, Heavy-duty low noise wet & dry floor cleaners, High-pressure Jet-spray washers, Manual wall scrapers, etc.
