Half Glazed Doors: 558 x 912mmDual Glazed Doors: 202 x 912mmFrench Doors: 511 x 1763mm

Material Specifications
Lead profilesThe lead profiles used are manufactured using99.5% pure lead which is applied to the glasssurface with a pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive.
Like any unprotected product exposed to theenvironment our Natural lead will undergo a levelof atmospheric transformation and changecolour. This is a normal and expected processand will eventually settle down to take on the‘weathered lead’ appearance of traditional lead-lights.
For customers looking for a consistent colourwe recommend the use of Antique lead whichhas a dark gray coating on the surface to protect the lead from weathering. However, with the use of Antique lead it is not possible to solder joints.
For customers using our Brass coloured profiles, these are only recommended for usewhen encapsulated within a triple glazed unit.
Stained Glass Art FilmAll our Stained Glass Art Films are manufacturedby hand and no two sheets are ever identical sovariations in the pattern and colour density are afeature of the product. On designs where effectcolours are used it is never possible to make an
exact reproduction of the design shown in thecatalogue. The maximum sheet size for theStained Glass Art Film is 460mm x 660mm soon certain designs it may not be possible to enlarge without making changes to the design.
Glass BevelsOur Glass bevels are manufactured from 5mmglass with a typical 12mm bevelled edge. Theseproducts are handmade and therefore slightvariances in size and bevel width are possible.
Our bevels are bonded to the surface of theglass with a specialist UV Curing adhesivewhich should remain glass clear for our 10 yearguarantee period. Small bubbles in the adhesivelayer are common when applying the bevelsand are not deemed as a fault.
Fusion TilesOur Fusion glass tiles are manufactured by handand involve melting two or more layers of glasstogether, it is therefore common to get small airinclusions in the glass. These are a feature ofthe product and add dimension and contrast tothe tile and should not be seen as a fault.
Cleaning and Maintenance
All our decorative glass options should becleaned regularly using water based proprietaryglass cleaners. Always avoid the use of anycleaners that may contain solvents or have anabrasive effect on the surface cleaned
On newly installed decorative glass it is possiblethat small white deposits can ‘leak’ from theedge of the lead. It is important that these arecleaned off the glass and not allowed to runonto the window frames.
Photographic and Printing LimitationsDue to the nature of the printing process, colours in real light conditions may vary slightlyfrom the photographic reproductions in thisbrochure. Stained Glass Art Film colour samplesare available to verify colours.

Use this leaflet to check if your window and doorinstallation complies with the requirements forsafety glazing
Why Check ?• You need to be sure that your home is a Safe Environment.
• It is a legal requirement to install safety glazing in Critical Locations. Checking could save lives.
• Approved Document N (Glazing - Protection against impact) of the Building Regulations in Englandand Wales provides guidance for safety glazing.
• BS 6262-4:2005 provides details of safety glazing requirements.
What you need to do• Identify areas in your home that are considered to be ‘critical locations’ (see Figure 1 - over page).
• You must then check that these critical locations have safety glazing material installed.
• If safety glazing material has been installed, there will be visible markings you can check.
All safety glasses must be visibly marked on the glass. If the ‘visible markings’ on the safety glazingmaterial is not clear or you have any concerns about whether the safety glazing has been installed tothe correct standard, you should go back to the original window installer and seek advice. If you are not happy with their response, you should contact FENSA www.fensa.org.uk
Safety Glazing is:• A glass or glazing product which conforms to the relevant European glazing standard
e.g. BS EN 12150 or BS EN 14449 or BS EN 14179.
• The glass has also been tested against the European standard for BS EN 12600 for safety impact. This means that on impact the glass does not break or breaks in a way unlikely to cause serious injury.
