The reason for this is the application of a new self-regulating heating wire that makes a connection box redundant.
There is also the option of fitting either 0.8 or 1.5 thick chromium steel to the frame on the inside as well as the outside.
This creates a fully protected / reinforced reveal, while retaining a thermal bridge breaker.

4. New electric sliding door
The electric sliding door consists of the door panel, the rail and an aluminium cover finish to hide the driving gear.
The basic driving gear consists of:• motor;• geared belt (with geared belt tensioner); • pulleys;• the "catch" (extra support for the pulley which is mounted on the rails);• One separate push button for automatically opening and closing the door;• Switch/control box for installing and operating the door programme.
The system is fitted with an overflow protection and can also be fitted with countless other options such as a pull switch, photocell, magic switch, remote control.
The motor is mounted on the end of the rail. The rail and the aluminium cover have been prepared, only the geared belt needs to be fitted (and tensioned) on site and the rail must be placed (including cover finish).
