SPINOSA CAMPANIA, IT For generations the famous dairy producers - Spinosa Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP have been using only the milk of buffaloes, which are carefully selected and controlled.

A family fortune that started from its historical traditions, has always been able to keep up with the times by using the latest technology. Spinosa thus conveys quality, due to the unique flavour and freshness of their products which are major cornerstones of its success.

Today the production of Spinosa’s Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP is a result of its rapid expansion throughout Italy and further expansion to countries around the world.
