alliance including the group of enterprises working on the

territory of Russia.

• DGR was founded in 2003 by American investment-

consulting Company on basis of Russian business

conjuncture. But active business started since 2005, after

• Delfin Group USA Company is located in the USA and has its

own large industrial plant located in North Charleston (South

Carolina). This plant with an almost century-long history was

built by Texaco Company in 1910. Despite of its age this

plant is equipped with the latest modern technology that

had experienced more than one serious upgrade, the last of

which happened in 1999. Now the factory is specialized in

the production of motor oil, chemical goods and cosmetics

and has for about 350 employees.

located on a large territory of the Ex-Chernihiv Radio

Factory, in the past the leader enterprises of the military-

industrial complex in the USSR.

• The plant produces the automotive oils and special liquids

from the raw materials supplied from Russia. Production

volumes in 2010 reached the amount of 40 thousand tons

per year.

• In addition, DGU independently produces packaging and

container for all produced products.

• Delfin Distribution Ukraine – works to sale and distribute all

the products of the association: as imported from Russia as

well produced in Chernigov plant. The company's partners

in the region are the private firms, who began their

cooperation with the direct export of packaged products of

Russian manufacturing plants belonging to the Delfin Group
