Clients in Effective Treatment with No Modality Start

• Identifies clients who only have a triage date and no treatment modality start date.

• These are specifically the cases that have had a triage date entered, but have no treatment modality start date and have not been discharged within a reasonable period of time following triage.

If a client does not have a modality then they do not count towards your PDU numbers
