Assist the principal in development, review and revision of the Campus Action Plan Provide input to improve student performance Establish campus goals and strategies with guidance from the principal Advise and make recommendations to the principal in curriculum, budget, staffing patterns, goal setting, and school

Composition

The committee must have at least 12 members: Four parents of current students on campus (cannot be District employees) One community representative (not a District employee /not a parent) One business representative (does not have to live or work in District, must be 18 or older) Teachers make up at least 2/3 of the campus members

Other campus members can be other professionals such as specialists, counselors, etc. At least one Special Education professional At least one District Representative
