Powerful Home Charging SolutionYou can easily charge your DENZA with a conventional 220V family socket. You can also use a DELTA wall box to finish the charging within 15 hours ,or a custom-made ABB wall box to fully charge your DENZA in under three hours. (We will provide installation services to you. The specific procedure of installation is shown in the following pages.)

Owning a Home Charging Wall BoxWe will provide you with a customized home charging wall box in collaboration with ABB, one of

the global leaders, and DELTA, who has the professionalism in battery and radiating. We offer

you a one-stop installation service. You can install your own charging wall box in your private

garage, in your private parking lot, or in a public parking lot by following a few simple steps.

DENZA sales consultant contacts the client. Client signs an acknowledgement letter.

Sales consultant provides information to service provider.

Service provider contacts client about the installation.

Service provider completes a site inspection and provides client an installation design and quotation.

Client confirms the installation design and quotation.

Client purchases a DENZA and its wall box. Wall box is delivered and installed.

DENZA is delivered and client gets training on its charging.

DENZA is charged.

craftsmanship, we provide you with a 24-hour all-round and all-weather

service to give you reassurance on your journey, wherever you’re going.

1. High-Quality Warranty ServiceWhatever part it is, from batteries to spare parts, we

specially provide multiple high-quality warrantyservices to

you:

1) General warranty period is 3 years or 80,000 kilometers.

2) Key parts warranty period is 5 years or 100,000 kilometers.

3) Power battery period is 6 years or 150,000 kilometers.

4) Warranty for DENZA charging wall box is two years.

2. Full Coverage for Roadside Assistance and Vehicle TowingWe collaborate with the world-renowned Allianz to

provide you with a rescue service in Mainland China.

If your vehicle is unable to run continuously and

safely due to failures occurring like blow-out tire, low

battery, lost key and so on, a DENZA Roadside Assis-

tance team will arrive on scene first to support you.

If your vehicle is unable to run following mechanical

or electrical breakdown or because of a road traffic

accident, we’ll send our towing vehicle to recover your

vehicle and transport it to the nearest authorized

DENZA dealer for further maintenance.

3. Hotel/Other Solutions for Your Journey OnwardYour DENZA will be sent for repair to an authorized

DENZA dealer by DENZA Roadside Assistance if there

is any mechanical or electronic problem during your

journey (faults resulting from driver negligence or

traffic accidents are excluded). If the repair cannot be

completed on the same day, resulting in the driver and

any passengers being stranded away from home, the

following services can be provided:

1. Hotel accommodation: you can stay there and wait

for your car to be repaired.

2. Continue your journey: train, flight, or taxi will be

made available to you.

4. Exclusive Customized Mobile App for DENZAA true electric vehicle includes an exclusive, customized

mobile app. The customized app allows you to interact

with your car anytime, anywhere. In addition to seeking

support from our experts for operation and roadside assis-

tance, the app also allows you to easily find the exact

location of the car, the real-time charging state, and its

remaining driving range. You’ ll receive messages about

Owners’ Club events as well as Maintenance Alerts to
