fittings and finishings. The home is often based on a proven design from

the DBS portfolio. Alternatively. you may wish to have a home built

from your own architect’s designs and use DBS’ wide experience to work

with you to source materials and construct the house to its standards.

Whether it’s a new design, adapting a design with a few amendments to

an interior layout, the approach is the same - a specialist service.

Don’t forget DBS have over 20 years experience in planning, design,

building regulation and land law matters as well as building construction,
