1. Fixed Model : USD$600 Per Seat, with 2 SPD per agent. Below 2 SPD per agent will be $ 20 USD per lead payout.

2. Variable Model : 45% Per Sale Per Plan Flat. Payout will increase to max. 60% with a min. sale volume of $ 2000 USD per day. (*Percentages change in Inbound).

Ans. The process is a technical support process whereby you are selling technical

support services to Small International Customers – B2C. One component of this

process is sales of technical support services and the other is service. 10 Agents

Ans. Dhanvine is a 3 Year brand in the Outsourcing and Training Business (Contact

the process going. You need a call center infrastructure for outbound and inbound

calls, if you do not possess the technology, consult with your point of contact at Dhanvine and he /she will help you in filling up the blanks.

Ans. This project is already running at some of our centers who are making more than

the revenues listed in this presentation and after signing an NDA, you are more than

free to talk to them.

4. What do I require to start this project?

Ans. Call Center Infrastructure for 10 Seats and along with a good center manager from the call center industry who is willing to learn the process and its management.

5. How long does it take to start the process after I hand over the center along with the investment to start the effort?

Ans. Within 2 Weeks of Recruitment which would include account setup, traffic setup and training of tech support team, domain knowledge setup, etc…?
