Deutsche Post DHL Global HR L&D Project Coordinator GERMANY Job description The program is a global training program called “Certified International Forwarder CIF” which is unique in the whole forwarding/logistics industry. It is covering both tow business units, DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight. It will focus on frontline staff in Operations, Product and Customer Service with a total target audience of approx. 12.000 people. The program is currently in the pilot preparation phase which is to start as of September 2013. In parallel, all training content for delivery via e-learning, classroom and on-the-job is in production. - Support the project manager in various project management tasks, such as managing of issues, risk or scope; this includes to maintain the respective documentation - Create various statistics and analysis on program participation and attainment tracking - Support the development of training sessions and exercises - Communicate the program progress and success to a wide range of different stakeholders within DPDHL (sponsors, regional and country management teams, project team, …) - Continuously track the program costs - Support the promotion and marketing of the program - Manage work streams/ work packages with support of the Project Manager Measurable results expected High level, the objectives of the CIF are two-fold: upgrade the forwarding and logistics know-how of the target-audience as well as to cover motivational aspects. In line with its divisional strategy, DHL Global Forwarding, Freight wants to have the best team in the industry.
