Most of the people do not try to understand the difference

between Deen and Mazhab and even unconsciously

     presume DEEN-E-ISLAM to be MA!"A# althou$h there

is a difference li%e that of the day and ni$ht& 'a%e it as a

misfortune that the reli$ious monopolist li%e Mullah (one

    who %nows only reli$ious do$ma)* +eer (spiritual $uide)*

,addi Nasheen (Successor of a saint) and Mufti (Islamic

urist) never ma%e an endeavor to clarify the difference*

since they are apprehensive of a slump in their shop-

Mazhab, apart from being a non-Islamic word, proves to be an obstruction in

the unification of Ummah too. Present Mazaahib are a picture like proof of the

same. Dont forget that the entire Ummah was one and its Deen too was one,

onl! when there e"isted no Mazaahib. #ut the Ummah got disintegrated since

the reverents got dead drunk of the e"cessive e"aggeration and developed a

relish for the wine of $a%leed &an uncritical and un%ualified acceptance and

emulation of traditional orthodo"! or an authoritarian code of a particular

teacher of a Mazhab'. Inspite of innumerable efforts now it isnt coming under

control. $herefore, there is no alternative e"cept renouncing the Mazaahib and

bidding a farewell to sects. It will become practical onl! when the difference

between. D(() and M*+*# is clarified but prior to this a deliberation over

the meaning and interpretation of both the words should be opted for onl! to

facilitate a better understanding of the subse%uent matter.

It was exigently just that the believers of Islam should

have accepted and introduced Deen i.e., Deen-e-Islam as the Islamic law and way of life but that was notdone. On the contrary, a self invented word, Mazhabwas opted for against Deen, the proof of which is therein neither the !oly "ur#an nor any $rophetic tradition. On the other hand, the sense in which the word hasbeen used in the $rophetic tradition if that is to be usedfor indicating religion, that would be an insult to Islam.%ven now the word Mazhab has become so commonthat Islam is being identi&ed as Mazhab instead ofDeen and this all is the wor' of religious monopolists.

(nyhow, go through the di)erence between Deen andMazhab so that a discrimination between right andwrong can be reached.

    Deen

Deen is an Islaamic word and it is proved b!the ol! /ur0an and *hadees.

$he Deen in the sight of *llah &1$' is onl! Islaam

"The Deen before Allah (accepted by Allah)is Islam" (Aal-

    Imran !#)

Deen has been approved of and favoured b!

     *llah

"Today, I have completed your Deen, and havecompleted my bliss upon you and accepted

or you Islam as a Deen!"

    (Al-Mai$da %!)

    Deen is complete

      "Today, I have completed your Deen!!(Al-Mai$da %!)

    Deen is Pure

    #$n%uestionably, or Allah is the purereli&ion! (Az-'mar #!)

Mazhab Mazhab is a non-Islaamic word and it has not been

used in the ol! /ur0an or *hadees in this conte"t.

$here is no such proof in Mazhab rather Mazhab isectarianism.

$here is no scope or rather an instance ofectarianism or Mazaahib in Islaam. ence,

Mazaahib is a elf-made thing and *llah &1$'never likes elf-made things in Islaam.

Mazaahib are incomplete. $here are self-madestatements and proclamations in Mazaahib and this would continue till the time of /a!amah if the!don0t repent and get back Islaam. ence, the whole

wa! of life in Mazaahib is self-made law which isagainst Islaam.

Mazaahib are not pure2 indeed the! are adulteratedand have the combination of tatements,Proclamations, advices and suggestions which areself-made and are contradictor! to Islaamicconcepts.

Deen Deen has been chosen b! *llah &1$'.

#Indeed Allah has chosen or you this Deen'

    (Al-Baara !)

    3nl! Deen will be accepted

*nd whoever desires other than Islam as religion - never

will it be accepted from him, and he, in the ereafter, will be among the losers.  (Aal-Imran !*%)

$he purpose of 4ihad in Deen is to establish

    the Deen of *llah completel!.

    #  And i&ht them until there is no itnah and (until) the reli&ion, all o it, is or Allah! Andi they cease * then indeed, Allah is +eein& ohat they do!   (Al-

     Anfal *!#)

    Mazhab

Mazaahib are elf-made and are made with human-

    intervention.

ince Mazaahib are self-made and against Islaam

undoubtedl! it will not be accepted.

$he purpose of 4ihad &which cannot be called as

4ihad, an!wa!s' in Mazaahib is to continue the

sect based on some Personalit!, Individualit!,

    5ommunit! or egion.

Deen  * messenger or Prophet of *llah will onl! bring

    Deen with him.

" It is He ho has sent His Messen&er ith

    &uidance and the reli&ion o truth to

maniest it over all reli&ion, althou&h they

ho associate others ith Allah disli-e it .”

    (At-Tawba #!)

    6i%h &deep understanding' in Deen is a

    favour

#To homever Allah .ants to avour HE&rants him /i%h in Deen 0ull

    understandin& o Deen*e*Islaam1!(+ahih B'ari & +ahih M'slim)

    Mazhab

$here is no relation of Mazaahib with theMessengers or rather these sects are associated with some other Personalities.

$he Present da! situation is an illustration of thesame.

#Indeed, those ho have divided theirreli&ion and become sects * you, (2 Muhammad), are not (associated) iththem in anythin&! Their aair is only

(let) to Allah3 then He ill inorm themabout hat they used to do!

    (Al-,An$am !%#)

Mu%allid &the one who is committed touncritical and un%ualified acceptance andemulation of traditional orthodo"! or anauthoritarian code of a particular religiousteacher' 5an not become an Islamic

     7urisprudent. $herefore, shall remain adepriver.

6or e"ample, the word or the dictum of aMu7tahid &* 7urist entitled to independentopinion' is proof enough for a Mu%allid.Mu%allid sa!s to me, this is the directivesince the opinion of *bu aneefa &h' hasmade me reach it and his opinion that makes

me reach the directive is the fact of thematter.

    •  In short* Mazhab is an un-Islamic law and self createdmeans of establishin$ relation with Allah& Mazhab has self-invented methods of prayers* apart from an intrusion and

impulse of ones baser self whereas Deen is %nown as codeof livin$ in accordance with that of the "oly +rophet(pbuh) and strivin$ to achieve the will of Allah&

    • 'hat is why  4amaat*ul*Muslimeen has no relationwith any Mazhab* school of thou$ht or sect& /n thecontrary* it is fed up with Mazahib since they are selfinvented and a$ainst Deen-e-Islam& 'hey are the means ofdissension in Islam& /n the contrary* Islam is universaland collectivity preferer& It abhors dissension absolutely&

'herefore* the claimants of Islam should %eep off suchactivities rather hate thin$s severely which ta%e the perfect* well $rounded and moderate Islam into theirstri%in$ ran$e as Islam alone $uarantees our salvationand survival&

  • 8/18/2019 Difference Between Deen and Mazhab Ppt

    12/15

'hat is the reason  4amaat*$l*Muslimeen  has no

connection0associated of whatsoever with any of the

     Mazaahib* Masla% or 1ir22 (sects)&

     4amaat*$l*Musleem  condemns all these

sectarianism as these self-made doctrines which are

a$ainst Islaam are the foundational cause for all the

differences and divisions in Islaam& /n the contrary*

Islaam is the name of unification and 3niversal

     #rotherhood&

    •  1inally we re2uest our readers to unite alon$ with us on one nucleus4 endall sects4 and since a believer has been named a  Muslim  and has been

commanded to associate with 4amaat*ul*Muslimeen* we invite you tocome to amaat and chec% its activity and involvement and then decide& Dear readers* +lease5 Do not follow any reli$ion but ISLAM which $ivesyou the clear command to obey none but Allah and "is prophet Muhammad (SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam)&

    •  4amaat*ul*Muslimeen is neither a sect nor it has any

connection to any o the sects! It oers pure Deen

0reli&ion1 "Islam" * the reli&ion o Allah and His prophet

     Muhammad 0+allAllah*u*Alaihi*a*+allam1! +o come and

5oin 4amaat*ul*Muslimeen and assist the cause o Islam!

    14/15

    • 'he $ist of the above invitation is that Allah alone is to beworshipped and no one else beside "im en6oys this ri$ht& It is a factthat sectarianism ori$inated from abandonin$ the teachin$s of

Allah and "is prophet Muhammad (SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam)and followin$ others instead& 7hen the respect and love for a persone8ceeds the limits i&e& when his words and deeds are considered to bethe truth* rather the criterion of 6ud$in$ truth* then this is e2ual toworship&

    •  9eli$ious demarcations and decisions are the 6ob of Allah and noneis allowed to intervene or ma%e any chan$e in the boundary ofreli$ion&

    • 7e invite all the sects of this 3mmah towards this doctrine of faith& All of Allahs reli$ious ordinances and instructions are complete and preserved in the :uran and Sunnah* which are common amon$nearly all sects&
