Between May 23 and June 6, census workers are visiting door-to-door to collect census information from households that did not complete their census online. Rural residents are encouraged to learn how to reduce their risk of fire through the FireSmart program. • www.strathcona.ca/sces 780-449-9651 Overflow parking lot for transit commuters closes Due to construction of the Anthony Henday highway, the overflow parking lot on Fir Street, west of the Sherwood Park Transit Centre, will be permanently closed as of May 28. The closure of this lot will result in significantly less parking. Parkade parking and some street parking is still available. Observe no-parking signs.
