READY FOR PLACEMENT
Digify ZA is an innovative training journey to create the next generation of
job-ready digital upstarts. Our trainees are put through their paces in an
intensive three month process in a real workplace. The training programme
sharpens digital skills, vocational training and prepares our candidates to be
job-smart and work-ready. Digify ZA runs in JHB and CPT.

Over the last three months we have
trained our Cape Town candidates in;

• Social media
• Content production & marketing
• Digital auditing & research
• Creative marketing strategies
• E-commerce & paid advertising
• Google AdWords & analytics
Our candidates are all Google
certified and ready to be placed in
3 – 6 month paid internships.
About me: I'm very curious perfectionist. In what ever I do, I want to do it right no
matter how many errors it will take to get there. I love technology and the skills it has
offered me. I compose and arrange music, I direct and edit videos, I sketch and
design and I write copy and articles. Most of these skills were self taught yet anchored
with the education I have received for Digital Marketing and Web Development from
Digify ZA and the Audio Engineering and Advanced Music Production from Soulcandi
Institute of Music. I also enjoy analysing adverts and teaching myself how branding,
symbolism, colour, typography, imagery and sound all play an important part in the
human psyche.
Areas of interest: User Experience, Content Strategy, Analytics, Social Media and I also
would like to learn how to code.

APIWE PASIYA
About me: I come across as a shy and soft spoken person. I studied Graphic Design at
CTI Education Group for a year and a half then worked as a Graphic Designer at a
printing company for two months. I love drawing, dancing and designing.
Areas of interest: User Experience, User Interface Design and Web Development.

BRITNEY HICKLEY
About me: I am a purpose driven individual, energized by positive thinking to effect
positive change and best deliver on objectives. I’ve developed myself into a sharp-
minded character, who displays noticeable leadership skills and sees difficulties as a
challenge thus making me a quick skilled learner. I have always been committed to
achieving measurable outcomes and advanced service delivery on objectives at
hand.

DARRYN WAYLIN LOUW
About me: I finished my matric in 2010 then worked in retail for a few years before
studying Mechanical Engineering for a year in 2014. I am a part time spoken word
artist and a youth leader. I make a point to never judge or underestimate anything or
anyone. I love to support those with big dreams. I adapt easily and am easy to work
with.

About me: I studied Fashion Design in 2009 at Central University of Technology and
Victoria Toma Institute of Fashion in the Free State. Art has always been my great love,
I am a serial creative, I have great leadership skill and I believe in perfection. With the
skills I have acquired at Digify ZA, I have learnt to combine my two passions, art and
the digital world. I am intrigued by how consumers interact with technology and social
media networks.

About me: I attended music school for 12 years at the Riana van Wyk Music School. I
love travelling and have had the amazing opportunity to explore America (LA),
Europe (Italy, Germany, France, London and Wales). I work until the job is done. I
don't mind long hours. I am able to work well in a team and independently. I love
learning and live for challenges.

About me: I am a young creative who is passionate about digital marketing. I'm an
Entrepreneurship Graduate from the Raymond Ackerman Academy at the UCT
Graduate School of Business. I also attended the first One Club Creative Boot Camp
in South Africa which was held at Protea Hotel Fire & Ice Cape Town. These two
courses sparked an interest in the advertising industry for me.

About me: I a 23 year old filmmaker, writer, poet, actress and model. I’m in the final
year of my Film and Video Technology studies at CPUT. I enjoy telling stories using
different art forms such as poetry, music and short films. I work with an NGO called
Masifunde Mtshana, promoting education and career choices to develop young
people. I love social media and the power it has to spread messages and build
communities.
Areas of interest: I would love to do social media, web development and UX only ,
thats what I am most interested in.

learning new things. I have a strong creative background and passed with a
distinction in art when I attended the Frank Joubert Art School. Social media comes as
second nature to me. I have a keen interest in UX and feel it best suits my personality
and love for design.

proficient knowledge on Search Engine Optimization, AdWords & now learning
Google Analytics.
