Submitting Digital Artwork, Traditional Artwork and PhotographyImages must be: 450 pixels high by 350 wideFormat: jpgResolution: 72 ppiLimit: 4 images per artist

Title: files must be titled: 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg, 4.jpg. (Please put any other info in your documentation, not in the file name.)

In your documentation be sure to include:

your name •

list of submissions with titles & number •

artist statement, if desired•

your email and/or URL, if desired•

Submit by email to [email protected]. Or you can submit by CD as listed under videos and animations.

Traditional artists (paintings, drawings and prints, etc.) must photograph, scan or otherwise convert their images to digital form and submit work as described above. See your instructor if you need help.

Submitting Video & Animations

Linking Your Site to the DAC SiteWe will be happy to link to Web Art sites by members of BCCDAC. To link your website to the DAC site:

Web ArtWe are especially interested in expanding our showcase to the category of WEB ART (not to be confused with Website Art).

We are challenging those of you who are working in photography, Photoshop compositing, interactivity, animation, video, sound, and web design to use the internet to make art that could not exist in any other way.

We submissions year-round•

Submissions must meet the following specs:

max 360 pixels wide x 240 pixels high•

format: .flv•

.swf files will be accepted for flash • animations

mp3 files will be accepted for sound-only • projects

Length: 5 minute max•

Limit: 2 videos, animations, and/or sound • projects per artist

Include one still in .jpg format from each project in your documentation - be sure to include:

your name •

artist statement, if desired •

your email and/or URL if desired •
