What is VoIP? VoIP stands for Voice over Internet Protocol Technology that allows you to make voice calls using a

broadband Internet connection instead of a regular (or analog) phone line

VoIP routes your phone calls directly to your telephone using your high speed internet connection

Skype is an example of VoIP and can be downloaded for free at www.skype.com
