Analysing the existing training opportunities

Curriculum framework
Builds on both the results of the surveys we completed and experience within the consortium and related initiatives. The initial curriculum framework is:
A portfolio of three ‘lens’ to reflect career progression: ‘practitioner’, ‘manager’ and ‘executive’
Indicates skills and competences and pathways for skills progression
Testing and evaluation with communities since autumn 2012
Promoting use
Three main intended uses of the curriculum framework:
•To build or develop training
•To compare existing courses
•To plan professional development
