About Albert Majos After studying to finish 3 of BUP at age 17, Albert started working in

the family business, a graphic arts workshop. He started by sweeping

the workshop and progressed through all the different sections:

assembly, composition, pre-press, machinist, to the business side. In

2008, he started to run the company beside his father and also

created another company www.odotipo.com and in 2010 with three

partners www.akewuele.com which is dedicated to the olfactory

communication (marketing olfativo).

About Claire Summersby Claire did a Modern Languages degree at University and worked as

an English teacher for 6 years in Madrid and Granada. She then

returned to the UK and started working in Public Relations for a well-

known importer of Spanish wine and food. Shen then moved to a

larger wine importing company as Brand Manager, working with

wineries around the world and selling into retailers and wholesalers.

After doing a Diploma in Wine she became Marketing Manager with a

team of Brand Managers. After a short period working as a freelance

consultant she was offered a similar role in the Carton Packaging

Industry and has been working at the Alexir Partnership for four years.

About Claire Virazels Claire works for Xerox since 1997 and has held various positions in

Sales, Marketing and Management in France, Switzerland and now at

European level. As Marketing Manager, she is currently in charge of

the Production Colour Business Team (Xerox iGen Press and

ColorPress), as well as the Digital Packaging Program and in parallel

she brings management & marketing support to the German speaking

countries in Europe. Claire is based in France and holds a Master

from Neoma Business School in Rouen (France) and has also studied

at the University of Bath in England.

About Dr Sean Smyth Dr. Sean Smyth has spent over 25 years in the industry in senior technology positions for a variety of print

businesses across the supply chain, in hands-on and consultancy roles. He helps companies make

money through the appropriate use of technology. Sean has a deep knowledge of the global print

market, and a key member of the team providing quantitative market data and forecasts for the printing,

paper and packaging industry. He authors off-the-shelf market studies and provides strategic consultancy

services to a range of clients across the value chain. Sean has a strong background in appropriate

application of technology to print, implementing digital print systems, MIS and workflows to take time and

cost out of the print supply chain. In 1994 he became Technical Director of Rexam, where the first colour

digital presses in the UK were installed and he has extensive experience of digital printing. He has written

many books and market studies on the future, print technology and digital print, including Smithers Pira's

flagship title "The Print & Production Manual" and the "Future of Global Print Markets". He has held

senior management roles for several large and small print and print management companies where he

applied systems and technology to improve efficiencies.
