Avery Dennison gives you choices across core products, prime papers, prime films and many more, including the high performance products Avery Dennison Global MDO Top White/Clear and PP50 Top Gloss Silver.

In order to use Metallized BOPP on Xeikon 3000 series, a metallized layer is needed on the print side, along with a robust topcoat to ensure ink anchorage and best printing/converting results. Avery Dennison PP50 Top Gloss Silver delivers the performance needed on Xeikon presses.

Digital Printing Portfolio for Xeikon

RELIABLE CONFORMABILITYPolyethylene (PE) is the conventional choice for conformable labels, but the material shrinks when used on Xeikon presses with QA-I toner. This causes wrinkles if the label liner (PET or glassine) shrinks at a different rate to the PE base film but customers with Xeikon ICE toner can use PE.

Avery Dennison Global MDO Top White/Clear is the only conformable film able to meet the requirements of printing PE on a Xeikon press with QA-I toner. Customers using Xeikon ICE toner can choose either Global MDO Top or standard Avery Dennison PE.
