Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP)The Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP) offers those with a passion to grow their leadership, business acumen, and technical skills while building a career with unlimited potential. Program members lead by doing, gaining real-world experience by working on important, challenging projects alongside some of the brightest technical minds in the world.

Essential Responsibilities• Full-time, two-year leadership development program where members work within a GE business alongside experts in various locations• Four, six-month rotational assignments within your specific business covering diverse projects in Data Analytics & Operations, Technical Product Management, Digital Engineering, and more.

• Global classroom experience and virtual coursework focused on technical training, leadership, and business acumen• Over the course of the program, you’ll receive a broad set of diverse assignments spanning areas such as project and product management, data analytics, IT operations, software development, and more.

Candidate Criteria• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Security, Informatics, Information Science/Technology, Software Engineering, Security and Risk Analysis, or other relevant STEM majors with IT experience.• Minimum cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or equivalent• Graduating by December 2019 (Winter Start) or May/June 2020 (Summer Start)• Must be geographically mobile as requested by the business

Finance Management Program (FMP)General Electric’s global Financial Management Program (FMP) started 100 years ago which iswidely recognized to be the premier program of its kind. FMP develops leadership and analyticalskills through world-class course training and key assignments within Renewable Business. Theprogram is led by senior GE professionals and mentors and is committed to acceleratedevelopment of entry-level talent and produce future capable finance leaders. It is the groundstone of a long successful GE career.

Essential ResponsibilitiesFMP is a 2-year program that allows members to hone their leadership, business and technicalskills through 4 challenging six-month assignments and world-class training. The job assignments and training are designed to provide hands-on finance experience on GE's strategic initiatives.The FMP curriculum is designed to give members the opportunity to experience the entire finance function at GE through a balance of challenging rotational assignments and virtual and face-to face course work.Possible rotations include:• Financial planning and analysis
