Today‘s shoppers are looking for quick and easy meal ideas to feed their families. Let them know they can count on you for nutritious and quick meals with the following Kellogg Kitchens™ recipes that are
ready in 30 minutes or less.
We encourage retailers to modify the recipes to substitute non-Kellogg ingredients with private label or sale ingredients, but ask that you respectfully leave all Kellogg ingredients as is.
Directions:
1. In a small bowl mash together avocado and goat cheese. Set aside.
2. Lightly coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Break egg and slip into pan. Immediately reduce heat to low. Cook, uncovered for 5 to 6 minutes or until egg white is completely set and yolk begins to thicken, but is not hard. Slide turner under egg and turn it over. Cook second side to desired doneness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Prepare KELLOGG’S EGGO NUTRI-GRAIN Whole Wheat waffle according to package directions.
4. Spread avocado mixture on waffle. Top with egg. Serve immediately.

Busy mornings require an easy-to-prepare breakfast that keeps pace with you. This open-face breakfast sandwich fits the bill. Just fry or scramble an egg and scoop it onto the creamy avocado mixture atop the toasty Kellogg’s® Eggo® Nutri-Grain® Whole Wheat waffle.

Directions:1. Cook MORNINGSTAR FARMS
Mediterranean Chickpea burgers according to package directions. Cut into bite-size pieces. Set aside.
2. Meanwhile, on baking sheet coated with cooking spray unroll pizza dough. Pat into 14 X 11-inch rectangle. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake at 425°F about 8 minutes or until set.
3. Spread pizza sauce over warm crust. Arrange burger pieces, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers and onion on top of sauce. Sprinkle with goat cheese and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425°F for 6 to 10 minutes or until edges of crust are golden brown. Sprinkle with black pepper. Cut into squares to served.

Mediterranean Artichoke Pizza
This Mediterranean version of classic pizza is the perfect conclusion to any weekend recreation. It tops a ready-to-take artisan crust with artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, and goat cheese.
Ingredients:2 MorningstStar Farms®
Mediterranean Chickpea burgers1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated artisan pizza dough with whole grain
1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano leaves
½ cup pizza sauce
½ cup canned artichoke hearts,
drained and coarsely chopped
1/3 cup roasted red sweet peppers,
drained and chopped
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
3 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheeseFreshly ground black pepper
Nutrition Facts Per Serving:Per Serving: 330 calories, 13 g total fat, 5 g saturated fat, 0 g trans fat, 15 mg cholesterol, 690 mg sodium, 135 mg potassium, 40 g total carbohydrate, 6 g fiber, 5 g sugar, 15 g protein
Directions:1. Thaw fish, if frozen. Cut fish into 3 x 2-
inch pieces. Pat dry with paper towels.
2. In food processor bowl combine KELLOGG'S SPECIAL K Multi-Grain crackers, parsley, orange peel, salt and pepper. Cover and process until finely ground. Pour into shallow dish. Pour buttermilk into another shallow dish. Place flour on piece of wax paper.
3. Dip fish pieces in flour, shaking off excess. Coat with buttermilk. Coat fish with cracker mixture, gently pressing crumbs into fish.
Place on baking sheet lined with foil and coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 425°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish
flakes easily with a fork.

Crispy Orange Fish Fillets
A crisp orange-seasoned coating bakes onto your favorite fish fillet..
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh or frozen fish fillets3 cups Kellogg's® Special K® crackers Multi-Grain (about 108 crackers)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk

Directions:1. In shallow dish combine egg whites
and water. On large piece of wax paper combine KELLOGG’S RICE KRISPIES cereal, paprika, seasoned salt, garlic powder and onion powder.
2. Cut chicken into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
Dip chicken into egg white mixture, coating all sides. Roll in cereal mixture, gently pressing cereal into chicken. Place in single layer on ungreased baking sheet. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 450° F about 12 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
3. Serve warm with salad dressing as
dipping sauce.

Chicken Nuggets with Honey Mustard Sauce
Sweet and tangy salad dressing makes an easy, but tasty dipping sauce for these crispy coated chicken pieces.
Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon water2 ½ cups Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® cereal (crushed to 2 cups)
1 ½ teaspoons paprika
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon butter, melted¼ cup reduced-fat honey mustard salad dressing

Directions:1. In large skillet cook turkey and onion over
medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink, stirring to
break up big chunks.
2. Stir in beans, water, salsa, tomato sauce, uncooked macaroni and chili powder. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir in 1 cup of the KELLOGG’S SPECIAL K Cereal Multi-Grain. Simmer, uncovered, for 1 to 3 minutes more or until desired consistency.
3. Remove from heat. Sprinkle cheese and the remaining 1/2 cup cereal over top. Let stand, covered, for 2 to 3 minutes or until
cheese melts. Ladle onto serving plates or bowls.
